A staff training facility for the largest bank in India covering a built up area of 1,20,000 sft set in 3.1 acres of land in the city of Chennai. The training centre which include classrooms , computer labs , library , meeting hall and faculty rooms also has a residential facility with 90 double occupancy rooms. The spaces curve around open to sky courts which modulate the local climate and infuse nature and green into the design. Green Building initiatives include solar passive design , water harvesting and reuse , landscape and exterior design to reduce heat islands , renewable energy technologies , building management system and sensor based lighting ,HVAC and sanitary and plumbing systems.
