An award winning project of ninety double storeyed houses designed as an eco-friendly, socially enhancing neighbourhood. A special feature of the design is that almost all the ninety houses are designed differently creating variations in form, exterior space, views and vistas besides enhancing individual identity and a feeling of belonging. The Master Planning designed to accommodate appropriately sized community facilities borrows from the geometry of the site and creates a hierarchy of roads and open spaces to offer interesting shifts in views and vistas.
